Full member of IPA and senior teaching member of the Argentinian Psychoanalytical Association (APA). Scientific Secretary of the Department of Elders (2011-2015). Teacher of Hebrew Literature and Bible (Majón Gold Jerusalem, 1970).
Cohen organized and directed FIDAPSI (International Forum of Psychotherapeutical Approaches) in 1999. The event, titled Forbidden to forbid, took place in Buenos Aires with the participation of more than 50 Latin American psychotherapy institutions. It was launched by Dr Horacio Etchegoyen, sponsored by OEA, and declared of national interest by Argentina’s Ministry of Culture.
Cohen was also the coordinator of the sub-commission for the Writing of Monographies and Theses in the Institute Ángel Gama (2004-2008 and 2016-2020).
She is the author of the books: Poder-Curar, la fe, la ciencia y la palabra [Power-Healing: faith, science, and word], Bs. As. Ediciones del Signo, 2004; and Subjetividad y lengua de origen [Subjectivity and mother tongue], Ediciones del Signo, 2005.
Visiting Lecturer at the PhD in Psychology at USAL and UCES.
Organizer of the digital books Pandemia en el Sur [Pandemic in the south] and Pandemia fase dos [Pandemic phase two], 2020.
Director and jury member in numerous University theses (UNSAM, USAL, UCES and UCA) in Argentina.
