Dr. Helen Fronshtein

I am a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in New York City. I conduct psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, supervision and case consultation, in both the English and Russian languages.
For 20 years I have trained, taught, and supervised in a range of clinical, academic, and research settings, including the graduate psychology programs at New York University and Columbia University Teachers College. In addition to full-time private practice, I am faculty and clinical supervisor in the psychotherapy and psychoanalytic programs at the William Alanson White Institute (WAWI) in New York City. I am also a graduate of WAWI's psychoanalytic training program.

I present my work at national and international psychoanalytic conferences, as well serve as an associate editor for the peer-reviewed journal, Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I have been honored to join the E-journal editorial board and collaborate on this important endeavor with colleagues around the world.
